Error Messages

Oops! An error occured. Please try again later!
This is general error messages which is being displayed when an unexpected error occurs. You should check your PHP error log to get detailed info about the error.

Proxy is not valid or active!
Most probably your proxy is not in valid format or it’s not available at the time of connection. If you sure that you’re including valid and active proxy, then check it in our demo. If it’s possible to include this proxy in our demo successfully, then most probably issue is on your server. Problem might be related to some port numbers or DNS configuration on your server. In this case, you should ask your hosting provider for the detailed info.

Re-login required for username
It means that script is not able to connect to the account anymore. There might be several reasons. For ex: username or password change. To fix the issue user have to go to the Accounts page and re-login into the account.

Couldn't find selected media for the story/post/album
This error could only happen for scheduled posts. It’s generally happens when a user removes a post media before the publish time of the scheduled post.

It's not possible to post video files right now!
It means that PHP is not able to find the FFMPEG/FFPROBE in your system. You should

  • Check if ffmpeg/ffprobe is installed on your server
  • Check the path of the ffmpeg/ffprobe. If they are not installed on global path then you should set the update the values of the FFMPEGBIN and FFPROBEBIN constants in /app/config/config.php file. Please read the comments section in this file
  • Make sure that PHP exec() and shell_exec() functions are enabled. Script uses this functions only for sending the command to the FFMPEG and FFPROBE. These functions are not being used for any other purposes.

File type is not allowed. (Google Drive)
You should add your website address to the white list in Google Developer Console. Open the console and
- Add *.yourwebsite.com/* to the Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) section for your API key
- Add http://yourwebsite.com to the Authorized JavaScript origins section for your OAuth Client ID.
After making these changes you should wait few minutes. 

Couldn't save uploaded file.
Check if /assets/uploads/temp directory exists and writable by PHP. 

Missing/Empty file
You should increase the values of following PHP ini settings:

  • post_max_size
  • upload_max_filesize

FFprobe failed to analyze your video file /path/to/video/file.
Most probably FFPROBE on your system is outdated. FFPROBE must be able to run following command and the output must be in JSON format.
